1.1.1 Bug fixes

Patch 1.1.1 is intended to fix 3 major bugs discovered on Twitch stream playthroughs by @NAG_Graham and @Macaw45.

Many thanks to viewer @botowrap for narrowing down reproduction steps for these bugs!

Background:

- Macaw45 discovers Invisible Shark bug! - this was caused by sprite to background re-ordering not being reset on game start

- NAG_Graham discovers a rare glitch when going to the story screen twice between gameplays.  This would cause 2 bugs, 1 would

stop the options screen working properly and 1 would cause sprites in the game to glitch out.

- Botowrap reproduced all 3 of these bugs and today's patch should fix.
